Thank you for your interest in Lemons Headers. We feel our headers are the finest quality on the market at a fair price. Our reputation has been built on craftsmanship and customer service, which is our number one goal.
We have many new designs for 2008 including Big block, Small block and LS blocks. Our Race headers, Pro Tour headers and Street Rod headers are all hand made to the customers order. They can be made in different tube sizes stepped or not and built for your engines deck height and aftermarket cylinder heads, with many options available to suit the customers needs. Each header is hand fabricated and TIG welded, using 3/8” laser cut flanges.

Tube Chassis

We have several header designs for tube chassis cars that may not fall into a category above. These include round tube and square tube frames with strut or “A” arm suspension. These headers are built from information supplied by the customer. |

We have a down swept Big Block header in any tube size, also Zoomies for BB & SB. |
Header Kits

Our header kits include flanges, collectors in slip on or weld on type and “U” bends.

Transmission Cross Members
| |
Our transmission cross members are designed to add room for large exhaust systems and reduce weight. Made of 4130 chrome moly they will bolt to the same location as your stock cross member. Their not made for extra long transmissions like 6 speeds or TH400 with long tail shafts. |

Race Collector Mufflers

We have dyno tested and race proven collector mufflers. We can build them in any size needed for your application. They have a merged shaped interior for excellent scavenging. Check out our dyno results. |
Ceramic Coating:
Our headers come standard in bare metal finish as we do not do ceramic coating at our shop. We highly recommend ceramic coatings inside and out to help protect your headers against rust. We can send your headers out to be coated if you request it. The coating process will add time to the completion date. Please see our price list for current coating costs.
Lead time:
All of our headers are hand made to order, so we always have a lead time. Late winter and spring time is our busiest season and lead times can be very long. Please order you headers as early as possible in advance. We may offer discounts to customers that order in late summer and fall time. At the time you place your order we will give you an estimated completion date, but it is an estimate only. We can not be held responsible for any delays.
